about the webmaster

I feel a little silly writing a bio on here but in case you cared, here it is LOL. I've been on-and-off slowly trying to rip the sprites from these games since some time in 2022, I think. I don't really remember. I know next to nothing about this kind of thing, so it's been slow, but I've got it mostly down by now. It's just kind of time intensive.

I actually first found out about Tsubasa back in late March/early April 2015 when I was 11, but I didn't actually sit down and read it until 2021. I found out about the DS games in 2022, and though they're pretty boring, I loved the goofy little sprites and wanted to share them with the world.

If you need to reach me for anything, you can find me on tumblr @ tsubasaclones and twitter @ clonesyaosaku.

Other Tsubasa-related games

In 2007, T2i entertainment (I think that's the name) released a game, or set of games or something, based on Tsubasa for Docomo's i-mode, and also softbank? This is also something I know nothing about so I'm going off what very, very little info I can find. It released June 18th 2007 and cost 315 yen (i think monthly?) and as far as I know is now lost media. I was able to track down a small handful of promo images for its release but that's it.

Tutorial

I want to make a tutorial on how I edited a lot of the sprites I ripped from these games because I did some weird roundabout method I invented on my own, but I think it might potentially help someone someday. I'll get back to this so I'm writing it down.

My Other Projects

I'm also currently working on/attempting to sprite rip from the PS1 game "Animetic Story 1: Cardcaptor Sakura". If I ever get done with that (lol) I'll probably post them too)
